Introductory 4 Coaching Sessions

new clients start with 4 sessions. (once per week)

Clients commit and prepay for 4 sessions with a three month (12 session) reflection. Four sessions gives us just enough time to get to know each other, experience success, and see progress toward your goals. After 4 sessions, if you wish to continue, the 4 sessions per month will auto-renew each month for a total of 3 months (12 sessions total). If you decide to stop after 4 sessions you simply communicate that to me during the 4th session and before the next billing cycle.

Why the initial 4 session commitment? 

Consistency, commitment, and continuity are often major challenges for those of us living with ADHD.

This is part of the reason why new clients start with 4 sessions and why sessions need to be used within 30 days. Making a commitment helps us (psychologically) with our mindset, and our emotional investment in ourselves. 

The average coaching client relationship is 3 months to a year. This is why the 4 sessions will be auto-billed each month for a total of 3 months. You may cancel anytime after the first 4 sessions*. Near the end of the 3rd month, we will reflect on our progress, your goals, and the process. You will not be billed again until we decide to continue moving forward.

I love what I do and I want my clients to take the work seriously (with some humor) and make the commitment and investment to better their lives, improve their relationships, ease anxiety and overwhelm.

I want my clients to be able to increase communication & mindfulness skills, and overall feel better and happier and to enjoy this short human life we’ve all been gifted. 

*If you choose to cancel after the 4 sessions, let me know before the next billing cycle. There are no refunds for mid-month cancellations. For example: if during the 2nd month, a client decides to cancel, the remaining sessions for that month will not be refunded. And the client will not be charged for the 3rd month.

Membership

Members get the most benefits.

Everyone is auto-enrolled in the membership program for the 1st three months with the option to cancel anytime after the initial four sessions.

  • Cancel anytime after the initial 4 sessions. No contract, and also no refund in the middle of a pre-paid billing cycle.

  • Billed Monthly

  • Text support - determined on individual basis / need.

  • Membership can be paused (example: vacation).

  • Best price.

  • Typically 4 sessions / month. This can be changed to fit your schedule.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments: 1 freebee per month.

  • Additional late cancels or no-shows will not be refunded nor rescheduled.

  • Missed appointments do not roll over and must be rescheduled by the client during that month. Unless previously communicated (example: going on vacation).  

*Chronic missed appointments or late cancellations will be addressed on an individual basis.

Pre-Pay As You Go Options

*Available after 3 months of coaching

Pre-pay for 1 session at a time. More flexibility, and highest cost.

Single Sessions

Pre-pay for 4 sessions at a time. Popular for monthly work. Saves a bit of money from single sessions.

4 Session package

3 months of work is quite common in the coaching field. This is the 2nd best price behind the membership program.

12 Session package

Group Coaching

Self Growth Book Club, SGBC

Part Book Club - Part Class

  • This hybrid club / class format is unique because it’s solely focused on books that help us make growth in our lives.

  • A typical book club has a moderator, meets 1 time per book, & is a group discussion format.

  • The Self Growth Book Club meets 2-3 times per book.

  • Books are chunked into 2-3 sections.

  • We meet for 90 minutes each class.

  • Class will be recorded and available to watch on your own time.

  • Usually 50% is teaching and learning and 50% is moderated group discussion.

  • We start each session with a short meditation or guided breath practice.

  • Drawing on my master’s degree in education and 14 yrs of teaching, I will teach each section of the book to the club.

  • This allows one to show up and get value up even if they haven’t read the entire section. (Many of us ADHDers know the challenges in reading).

  • The SGBC encourages membership because it helps us stay committed, accountable, develop a habit of self growth, and build friendship and connection. It can also be joined on a per book basis.
