Coaching Commitment
Clients begin by committing and prepaying for 4 sessions.
Four sessions gives us just enough time to get to know each other, experience success, and see progress toward your goals. Ideally, those 4 sessions are used within 30 days to keep momentum strong. However, you have up to 90 days (about 3 months) from your first session to use them before they expire.
After the initial 4 sessions, most clients choose to continue in packages of 4 sessions at a time. This rhythm provides consistency and structure while leaving space for reflection and adjustment every few months.
Other options are available too — clients may purchase a single session (for flexibility) or a 12-session package (for a deeper commitment) at adjusted rates.
Why the 4-session foundation?
Consistency, commitment, and continuity are often major challenges for those of us living with ADHD.
This is why new clients begin with 4 sessions — to establish trust, rhythm, and accountability. Making a clear commitment helps us (psychologically) with mindset and emotional investment in ourselves.
The average coaching relationship ranges from three months to a year, and the 4-session commitment provides a strong foundation to begin.
My hopes for clients
I love what I do, and I want my clients to take the work seriously (with some humor along the way!) and make the commitment and investment to better their lives, improve relationships, and ease anxiety and overwhelm.
Through our work together, my hope is that you increase your communication and mindfulness skills, feel more confident and capable, and overall enjoy this short human life we’ve all been gifted.

Self Growth Book Club, SGBC
Part Book Club - Part Class
This hybrid club / class format is unique because it’s solely focused on books that help us make growth in our lives.
A typical book club has a moderator, meets 1 time per book, & is a group discussion format.
The Self Growth Book Club meets 2-3 times per book.
Books are chunked into 2-3 sections.
We meet for 90 minutes each class.
Class will be recorded and available to watch on your own time.
Usually 50% is teaching and learning and 50% is moderated group discussion.
We start each session with a short meditation or guided breath practice.
Drawing on my master’s degree in education and 14 yrs of teaching, I will teach each section of the book to the club.
This allows one to show up and get value up even if they haven’t read the entire section. (Many of us ADHDers know the challenges in reading).
The SGBC encourages membership because it helps us stay committed, accountable, develop a habit of self growth, and build friendship and connection. It can also be joined on a per book basis.
