I’m passionate about what I do

ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Chase. I have an MS.Ed. in education with specialties in ADHD, mindfulness, habits, and communication. I’ve worked in a coaching role for over a decade.

Chase Brock - ADHD Coach - Life Coach

What lights me up?

Helping others discover themselves, get their lives back on track, recover (from breakups, addictions, turmoil), find their passion, create goals, get unstuck, thrive, find their path, build better relationships, and ultimately enjoy more of their lives because they are authentically living it.

I truly love what I do and you will feel that with my dedication to helping you. My mindfulness training draws heavily on ACT, Acceptance and Commitment Training, and MBSR, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction - Jon Kabat-Zinn.

I was diagnosed with ADHD in my late twenties and relieved to have a framework to better understand myself. Suddenly so many stressful challenges made sense. My diagnosis brought much needed hope for my future. Awareness is the first step to change.

My awareness did not lead to a thriving life. I didn’t know what to do or how to overcome my barriers. I floundered for years wasting so much precious time and energy being stuck, procrastinating, unsure of myself, indecisive, lacking confidence, covering up emotional pain with alcohol, and a lot more.

I offer the coaching service that I wish I had in my twenties & thirties. You don’t have to take years to figure out how to thrive. The investment in a coach will pay off massively. Even if I’m not the right coach for you, I so strongly encourage you to find one that’s a great fit for you.

Like most folks with ADHD, I have many interests and hobbies which have changed a lot over the years.

I list all these because we probably have some things in common:

meditation, photography (most photos on this site are mine), surfing, podcasts, reading, time in nature, great coffee, exercise, yoga, nutrition, KETO, weight lifting, skateboarding, drumming, stencil art, ceramics, traveling, woodworking, house rehabbing, bicycling, motorcycling, running, swimming, cat dad, self growth books, and more.

I’d love to help you find your new path. See how you can work with me to discover how to live with integrity and thrive in life.

MY COACHING METHOD

  • Mindfulness

It all starts by learning how to focus on what you want. And having radical ownership for you.

  • Reflection

Next, you’ll reflect on what barriers may be blocking you, and learn how to overcome these obstacles.

  • Practice

The last step? We learn how to continually refine what we’ve learned. Think of this as your new beginning. Life is a practice.
