Kids & ADHD
Dear San Diego Caregivers and Parents,
Raising kids with ADHD is hard. Did you know there are strategies you can learn and implement that will help relieve family stress, and will also teach your kids extremely valuable life skills? As a public school teacher, I spent many a late night coaching and helping parents learn how to help their ADHD children do better, feel better, and thrive.

I strive to offer the kind of coaching, help, and mentorship that I needed & wanted.
I’m super passionate about coaching. It brings me great joy to help others! I will give you 100% of my energy and effort every time. Because I love what I do, I am always learning, growing and bringing more to the table for my clients.
It took a decade of trial and error, a master’s degree, a ton of self study, and a lot of practice and failure. I still have ADHD, and my symptoms are a fraction of what they used to be.
You don’t have to go through all that to radically improve your life.
