What’s next?

Email or Text to get your first session scheduled.

Scheduling Best Practices

  • We will schedule your sessions for the same day and time, as much as possible. This helps make it easier to remember and develop a habit. When that’s not possible, we’ll do our best to keep it similar.

  • Why? The less our schedule is changing the better for our ADHD brains. When coaching occurs on the same day and time, it gives us the best chance that it will become a habit.

  • We will assess where you are currently at and begin the work.

  • Identify the most pressing challenges

  • Look at your current values

  • Identify existing skills & habits

  • Craft & create goals

  • Sometimes this takes us a couple of sessions

  • Things change, we will always address the most important challenges you are experiencing

First session

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice when canceling a session. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, communicate the best you can.

  • Clients get 1 “free” missed session every 6 months.

    • A missed session is a no show/no contact or a late cancellation with less than 24 hrs notice.

  • Additional missed sessions will be lost and ineligible for a refund.

  • When extenuating circumstances arise, please communicate as soon as you’re able. We know life can throw us curveballs.

Cancellations

  • 10 minute grace period. I will attempt a few times to call or connect via phone, text and google meet.

  • After 10 minutes with no communication, the session is cancelled and is counted as a no show/no contact missed session. Clients get 1 free every 6 months. After that, a client loses that session and is ineligible for a refund.

  • You will get multiple text reminders. You will get one 3 days before, the day before, 1 hr before, and 15 minutes before. This might seem like overkill, but I do my best to accommodate for the time challenges my clients experience.

Showing Up Late

  • Most sessions are held on Google Meet.

    • Google Meet works in a browser and they have a desktop and mobile app. Please familiarize yourself with the platform before we meet.

    • Links will be sent to your email and in the google calendar invitation.

    • You will receive text and email reminders

    • Please use a headset or airpods when possible

    • Camera on or off will always be your choice. In certain scenarios, I might suggest on or off.

  • Find a quiet and calm space for our calls.

    • Minimize distractions. Please do not scroll on your phone during sessions.

    • Bring fidgets that help you.

    • Walk around if that helps you.

    • When you can’t find a quiet and calm space:

      • Avoid speaker phone - It’s often very difficult for me to hear a client when they are using a speaker phone.

      • Avoid early AirPod models if you are not in a quiet space (they pick up a lot of extra noise). The AirPods Pro 2 & later do much better at filtering out noisy backgrounds.

  • In-person sessions are sometimes possible (this would be discussed before signing up)

How Will We Meet?
